Develop and Deliver Virtual Training is a highly effective hands-on programme, packed with practical and evidence-based techniques that worked. The first objective of this programme is to provide you with the knowledge and principles in designing powerful course materials that are optimised for a virtual classroom format. You will understand and apply research-proven models in courseware development using CIPD’s 4 -stage approach. You will also discover how to convert existing face-to-face training programmes to effective virtual classroom training programmes. The second objective of the programme is to help you sharpen your virtual learning facilitation skills using technology tools, facilitation techniques and practical tips to achieve the required learning outcomes from your target audience. You will be able to apply the knowledge and skills acquired immediately following the course.
