How is the course delivered?

Currently all courses conducted by the CIPD are delivered online with live instructors. In the event where a course is conducted face to face, it will be indicated within the course information.

Will I be required to complete any pre-course work?

Some courses will provide essential reading prior to attending. Where this applies, details of this will be included in the joining instruction prior to the class.

Will I receive a certificate at the end of the learning course?
