Course Overview

The L&D as Business Partner programme equips L&D practitioners with the ‘hard-skills’ in planning and designing L&D interventions as well as ‘soft-skills’ in influencing and consulting with internal stakeholders decisions. 

You will first learn how to develop strategic insights in trends to set your organisation’s L&D directions. Then be equipped with research-proven steps to conduct a classical learning needs analysis, design a training roadmap and perform an evaluation of L&D investments. 

To complement these technical capabilities, you will explore how effective internal L&D consultant function and leave the programme with valuable knowledge on how partnering operates in practice.
