Course overview

The L&D as Business Partner programme is designed with internal L&D practitioners in mind. The purpose is to equip L&D practitioners with the ‘hard-skills’ in planning and designing L&D interventions as well as ‘soft-skills’ in influencing and consulting with internal stakeholders in L&D decisions. You will first learn how to develop strategic insights in L&D trends to set your organisation’s L&D directions. You will then be equipped with research-proven steps to conduct a classical learning needs analysis, the design of a training roadmap and the evaluation of L&D investments. To complement these technical capabilities, you will be equipped with powerful soft skills to influence your stakeholders to make sound L&D decisions. You will also learn how to function as an effective internal L&D consultant using industry proven consultative
