Course overview
The Learning Needs Analysis programme is designed with internal L&D practitioners as well as independent L&D consultants in mind. The purpose is to equipment L&D practitioners with a complete end-to-end approach in a classical learning needs analysis process. You will first gain an understanding of the latest shifts in learning based on CIPD’s extensive research in L&D trends. You will then be equipped with research-proven steps to conduct a Learning Needs Analysis in a systematic manner. You will further acquire the skills to develop a fully functional training roadmap. Lastly, you will learn evidence-based techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D projects with ROI measurements.
