Course overview

This highly effective course provides an overview of the recruitment, selection and resourcing process. This will include preparation for, and practical experience of the skills needed for conducting effective interviews. You will explore different attraction and selection methods and how to select appropriate recruitment channels for your organisation. 

Through group discussions, practicals and role plays over the two days, you will understand how best to construct job descriptions and person specifications, and use these for effective decision making. Once the right candidate has been selected, you will learn about the importance of effective induction processes.
